FIND OUT A LITTLE ABOUT US

Kleen Tank of Upstate New York, an Authorized Kleen Tank DealerKleen Tank of Upstate New York is just one of a family of Authorized Kleen Tank Dealers. Owned by Chad and Jeanine, as an authorized Kleen Tank dealer, we’re an independent dealer. Being part of the Kleen Tank family avails us the support of corporate as well as the network of other dealers, and allows us to cultivate meaningful relationships with our customers. We love hearing where their travels have taken them, and gleaning valuable tips and tricks they have learned as an RV’er.

We’re currently in Alexandria Bay, New York and servicing the cities and communities of Albany, Saratoga Springs, Lake George, Queensberry, Clifton Park, Troy, Ballston Spa, Niskayuna, Glens Falls, Hudson, and surrounding areas.

Although our name is Kleen Tank of Upstate New York, we will be splitting our time between Upstate New York and Virginia Beach (VA) and the surrounding area. Typically, we will be in New York from late spring through early fall, and in Virginia Beach from late fall through early spring. We can also schedule cleanings when we are enroute to New York in the spring, or our return travel to Virginia in the fall. Kleen Tank is a family, and we want our potential customers to know that they will become part of our RV family, always putting why we do above what we do.

Kleen Tank of Upstate New York, an Authorized Kleen Tank DealerWe have both been camping and RV’ing pretty much our whole lives. Before we met, our families did tent camping, owned pop-ups, and motor coaches. Over the last 30+ years together, we have owned a hybrid (Rockwood Roo), a bunkhouse travel trailer (KZ Frontier), and now travel with our 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK.

One of the things we love most about being a Kleen Tank dealer is the built-in opportunities to converse with our customers and get to know them a little better. During a recent cleaning, the customer had set up a camp chair and was watching the process (a common and welcome practice). During our conversation, I noticed that he was wearing a ball cap with a fire department insignia on it (I was a first responder in my first career). I asked if it was his, and after acknowledging that it was, and giving me some highlights of his career, I thanked him for his service. He then asked me what I had done prior to becoming an authorized Kleen Tank dealer, and I told him (first responder). He responded that it should be him thanking me, as for him, one career as a first responder (fireman) was more than enough, and he couldn’t believe that I had literally retired from one and jumped right into another. I responded that my wife and I love RV’ing, and felt that this was our way of giving back to a community that has been so supportive through the years.

We love RVing — the people we get to meet, the freedom to travel, and the RV community as a whole. We recently found ourselves at a point in life where we could retire from our first careers. However, we wanted something more; to have a business that allowed us to combine our love of RV’ing, travel, and connection with the RV community into our work. Kleen Tank was the perfect fit for us because we believe in it’s mission of education and service, we love the family feel and supportive environment of Kleen Tank from both corporate and the network of authorized dealers. You can call us anytime or reach out to us online. Thanks and we’ll see you “out there.”

“This service was great confirmation of how I was cleaning my tanks and what I could do better. Thanks!”

THE QUESTION NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO ANSWER

WHY AREN’T YOUR RV’s TANK SENSORS WORKING?

Your RV’s sensors aren’t accurately reading because your waste holding tanks are dirty, no matter what you do to them. Onboard sprayers aren’t taking care of the problem. Enzymes and other chemical tank additives are only making the situation worse. You’ve probably given up hope of them every working properly again.

Kleen Tank’s hydrojetting process is the ONLY way to get your tank sensors working properly — and accurately!
